New Substance Use Disorder treatment area opens!

Rocking Horse Community Health Center recently held an open house for the opening of the new Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment area. The leadership team and SUD staff were happy and proud to show off our new space to the community and to also highlight our patient advocacy emergency food box program. The Rocking Horse Community Health Center outpatient substance use treatment program is designed to assist Rocking Horse Center patients who suffer from the disease of addiction or struggle with substance use or abuse. COVID-19 Scheduling Update

Scheduling Update
We are currently accepting Covid vaccination appointments for patients and community members over the next several weeks on specific days and times.

We will offer first and second doses and bivalent boosters for anyone consistent with the current Covid vaccine schedule. We will accept calls from anyone requesting to schedule a Covid vaccine. Please call 937-525-4521 to schedule.
Our Covid clinics will be scheduled on the following dates/times:
Friday, April 14, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Friday, April 21, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Tuesday, April 25, 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Friday, April 28, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Tuesday, May 2, 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Thursday, May 4, 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm

09-01-2020 COVID-19 Update from Rocking Horse Center

Knowing that this can be a very scary time for many needing healthcare, we are now able to offer services by way of several different service modalities including telehealth medicine, curbside visits, and in-office visits.

We want to ensure that patients are able to receive services (including well check visits, immunizations, and chronic care management) in the safest way possible. .

Ensuring that your child is up to date on immunizations, is especially important during a Pandemic. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call our office at (937) 324-1111.

Modified Temporary Hours Update 5/01/2020

ATTENTION:
Effective Friday, May 1, 2020, Rocking Horse Community Health Center will continue working a temporary modified work schedule until Sunday, May 31, 2020.

Effective May 1, 2020, all Rocking Horse locations in Springfield will continue working Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am- 5:00 pm. Beginning Monday, May 18, 2020, hours of operation will be Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm and Friday, May 22nd and May 29, 2020, 8:30 am- 12:00 pm. There will be no evening or Saturday appointments during the month of May.

Effective May 1, 2020, our Madison County location will work Tuesday-Friday from 8:30 am- 5:00 pm.
Beginning Monday, May 18, 2020, hours of operation will be Monday 8:30 am- 12:00 pm and continue Tuesday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm. There will be no evening or Saturday appointments during the month of May.
All Rocking Horse Community Health Center locations will be closed Monday, May 25, 2020, in observance of Memorial Day.

Modified Temporary Hours

ATTENTION ALL ROCKING HORSE PATIENTS: 
Effective Monday, April 13, 2020 Rocking Horse Community Health Center will be working a temporary modified work schedule.  This schedule will remain in effect until Friday, May 1, 2020.

All Rocking Horse locations in Springfield will work Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm.  There will be no evening or Saturday appointments during this 3 week modified schedule.
