What are your services?

We offer primary medical care, ob/gyn and women’s services, behavioral health and counseling, dental care and chiropractic services. View our Services page for more information.

How do I become a patient?

We are currently accepting new medical, dental and chiropractic patients. Call the number on our locations page to speak with a Patient Services Representative.

How do I make an appointment?

We do not schedule appointments through Facebook or email through this website. Call the office number on our Locations page for the service you need to make an appointment for and speak with a Patient Services Representative. We do accept walk-ins.

Do I need to have health insurance?

We accept anyone regardless of ability to pay for services and accept Medicaid, Medicare and most Private Insurance plans. Our Outreach and Enrollment Specialist can get you signed up for insurance through the Marketplace and we also have Medicaid Eligibility Specialists on site. If you do not qualify for insurance, we are able to offer a sliding fee scale discount. Check out our resources for more information.

How do I contact my provider?

Call the office number where you see your provider to speak to a Patient Service Representative. Your message will be passed on to your provider who will contact you as soon as they are able to.

How can I get medical help after hours?

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. An answering service is available for on-call urgent medical situations only. Please call the office and follow the instructions to contact a provider on-call. Prescription refills and other general questions should be called in during normal business hours.

How do I contact the billing department?

If you have questions about a bill, or want to set up a payment plan call 937-324-1111 and select option 4 to speak with a Patient Account Representative.

How can I work for, volunteer at or get clinical hours at RHCHC?

Do you have other resources to help people in need?

RHCHC Parent Infant Center (PIC) can help anyone in the community in need with diapers, formula, clothing, toys and baby items. PIC also offers childbirth and parenting classes for free. You must make an appointment for services. Please call 937-322-4939 or visit our Resources page to find out more information.

How can I help?

As a not-for-profit, we fundraise all year long to help offset the cost of providing care to those with no ability to pay for services. We would be so thankful to accept your monetary donation through our virtual portal. Additionally, we are always looking for additional volunteers and event participants!
