Nicole Hayes joined our Behavioral Health Team in December 2024. Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Master of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Prior to working at RHCHC, Nicole was a stay-at-home mother who spent time serving as a volunteer mentor. Originally from Fort Wayne Indiana she is currently residing in Springfield, Ohio. Professionally, Nicole is interested in advocacy, learning about trauma and mental health. Nicole’s personal interests are traveling, reading, and going to her kids’ activities. Nicole stated the most enjoyable aspect of working at RHCHC is being able to partner with clients to be the best version of themselves and contributing to the overall health of the Springfield community.
