Jennifer Hazelton is a familiar face at Rocking Horse Community Health Center. As a nurse in both the family practice and pediatrics service lines for years, Jennifer enjoys taking care of entire families. Now a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer is continuing her mission to “help guide families towards healthy lifestyles and personally finding resources to help anyone in need.” Jennifer graduated from Ohio University and is currently living in London, Ohio. When she’s not working she is most definitely spending time with her family traveling, hiking, swimming, biking and kayaking. Jennifer loves “being a part of RHCHC and making a difference in the lives of people and families in my community.”
