Erin Hanson, our Pharmacy Resident has been with Rocking Horse Community Health Center since July of 2020. A native of Lewis Center, Ohio Erin completed her education at Cedarville University and currently resides in Huber Heights, Ohio. Erin’s professional interest include chronic disease state management in the outpatient setting. Her specific focus is diabetes education, including nutrition and lifestyle modifications. Personally, Erin loves spending time with animals, particularly dogs; Erin spends most of her time outside of work with her sliver Labrador puppy and her fiancé! Being able to help patients find practical ways to improve their health is one of Erin’s most enjoyable aspects working here at Rocking Horse Community Health Center. Additionally, Erin likes having more time to get to know her patients to make recommendations that they can implement successfully into their daily life.
