Christy Detrick, our Director of Nursing has been with Rocking Horse Community Health Center since November, 2019.  Christy is a Registered Nurse with a degree in Nursing.  Prior to coming to Rocking Horse Community Health Center she was employed at Mental Health Services for Clark and Madison Counties for 12 years.

A native of Tennessee, Christy relocated to Ohio after college and has resided in the Buckeye state for 30 years.  Christy enjoys gardening, baking, reading, walking her dog and grand dogs and spending time with her family.  In April (2020) Christy and her husband, Dan became first time grandparents to their grandson, Frazier.  Frazier will fondly call his grandmother and grandfather Loli and Pop.

Christy’s favorite things about working at Rocking Horse Community Health Center is, “being part of a team that works together to provide holistic care to patients, and the opportunity to work with all ages of people in a medical setting.”
