Brittany Elsass is a member of the Family Practice Team as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Brittany earned an Associate’s Degree from Edison State Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University and a Master’s of Science in Nursing at Cedarville University. Prior to working at Rocking Horse Community Health Center, she worked at Kettering Health in the emergency room.  Brittany is originally from Tipp City, Ohio but currently resides in Covington, Ohio. Brittany is professionally interested in chronic care management and health promotion and prevention. For fun, Brittany loves spending time with family and being outdoors. Brittany stated the most enjoyable aspect about working here at RHCHC is being able to provide holistic care to my patients, and knowing I am making a difference in their live and in the community that we serve.
