Beth is our Director of Human Relations for Rocking Horse Community Health Center. Beth received her HR Certificate from Wittenberg University and has over 25 years’ experience. Prior to working at RHCHC she was the HR Manager for DRT Holdings, LLC in Dayton, Ohio. Beth is a Springfield, Ohio native and currently resides in Springfield, Ohio. Her professional interest is creating an understanding and culture of employee engagement which is crucial for employee retention, success and growth of any organization. Personally, Beth enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking reading and hosting and attending dinners and get together with their friends and family who are truly a blessing. The most enjoyable aspect about Beth’s work at RHCHC is being part of the mission and continued growth of RHCHC. RHCHC is important and a needed resource for Clark, Champaign and Madison Counties.
