Jeff Asper, our Family Nurse Practitioner has been with Rocking Horse Community Health Center since August of 2020.  A resident of Urbana, Ohio, Jeff retired after 27 years of public service for the City of Urbana working full-time as the Assistant Fire Chief.  Jeff is also an Emergency Department Nurse and is currently in the US Army Reserves.  He has a Master degree in Nursing and is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  His professional interest include being a life-long learner so he can provide the most compassionate and up-to-date medical care for patients.  Personally, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his wife and adult children.  Jeff stated the most enjoyable aspect about working at Rocking Horse Community Health Center is the dedication staff to provide expert, reliable and caring services to the diverse and deserving citizens of Clark, Madison and surrounding counties.  Jeff stated it is his honor and privilege to be a part of the dynamic and professional medical team at Rocking Horse Community Health Center.
