Licensed Professional Counselor Heather Hahn is interested in incorporating mindfulness, art and play into her work with children and teens at Rocking Horse Community Health Center. Heather has a BA from Wittenberg University in Psychology, and a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State. Before joining the RHCHC team in 2019, she worked teacher and therapist at Nightingale Montessori. Born and raised in Springfield, Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends and the “great outdoors”. The most enjoyable aspect of her work at RHCHC is “getting to know my awesome clients and seeing the collaborative work between therapists, support and medical staff.”
